From the moment we arrived at the Londoner, we were enveloped in luxury and warmth. the staff treated us like royalty and ensured our stay was nothing short of perfection. Our room was exquisite, with down bedding, enormous pillows, and a smart TV system that made ordering room service a breeze. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the stunning Champagne bar in London. the collection of Champagne was extensive, with over 35 bottles to choose from, and the Grand Finale of cheese and charcuterie was a true delight. the Stage was a beautiful space to enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea, and delicious treats. The Retreat's Beauty & Grooming services were top-notch, offering everything from a file and finish at AMA Nails to the perfect blow-dry at Hiro Miyoshi Hair & Beauty. the spa was a tranquil oasis, complete with a swimming pool, hydropool, sauna, steam room. Overall, the Londoner was a truly exceptional experience, offering a range of amenities and services that cater to every need. From the decadent izakaya rooftop bar to the six concept restaurants and bars, this hotel is a must-stay for anyone looking to indulge in luxury in the heart of London. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious stay in the city.
